Meet and greet family members and guests upon their arrival to your home (one hour minimum)

One standard home watch check per month, including a home check notification and any details, notes, or photos, if applicable.

Service includes getting everything on your grocery list before your arrival or your guests arrival. $50 fee, plus the cost of groceries.

Home or commercial clean out service. Free, one-hour consultation. $50 per hour for service, plus cost of any supplies or additional vendors, if applicable.

Corporate events, open houses, dinner parties, date nights, life celebrations, and more! Customized to your wants and needs, we will go above and beyond!

Photos of all valuable assets with documentation of serial numbers. This professional, home inventory is designed to make insurance claims smoother. Report will include images and supporting documentation.

Check-In on a loved one, guests from out of town, renters, etc. (Flat fee. Additional items can be added on.)

Customized care-package preparation and delivery. Could include a weekend welcome package, a get-well basket, a college care package, etc. Get creative! Baskets and package start at $45.

Forward mail to residence per your instructions. $10 flat fee, plus cost of mailing.
